45 Power of the Accountant-General to Deduct and Remit

The Accountant-General shall have the power to deduct at source, from the Budgetary Allocation, established Un-remitted Revenue due to the State from any MDA and shall upon deduction, transfer such deductions to the Single Revenue Collection Account established under Section 44 of this Law.
