120 Procurement by the Service

(1) In the exercise of its powers under this Law in the procurement of Services or Properties whether moveable or immovable, the Service shall ensure that the process of Procurement complies with the provisions of the Bureau for Public Procurement Law operating in the State.

(2) All Contracts emanating from sub-section (1) of this Section shall be subject to payment of the Drafting and Vetting Fees prescribed in the Second Schedule to this Law, in compliance with the Drafting and Vetting Fees Law operating in the State.
